Event

at continental margins (propositions)

12 April 2015 — 26 April 2015

During April Jupiter Woods will host a number of events curated by Lucy Lopez as the first stage of the ongoing research project at continental margins, which considers the relation between peoples and borders – both those physical borders between geopolitical states, and implied borders of surveillance and militarization – and the potential of the nomadic and the poly-lingual within these spaces.

The following public programme considers these ideas through performative and discursive events alongside one-day considerations of single works. The curator will be resident throughout this period using the gallery space as a research facility.

All events are free and open to the public. For more information or to make an appointment please contact: lucy@jupiterwoods.com
