Jupiter Woods envisions this programme as an opportunity to start building a more equitable and sustainable structure for the organisation, through learning about the changes that can be employed from the standpoint of accessibility and work relations. A major part of this process involves learning from the trajectory that we have been developing and the methodologies that the organisation has previously prioritised. By revisiting past projects, conversations and collaborations, we wish to understand what the organisation can do better, and respond to needs and barriers that we have become more aware of. Through this we wish to ‘interrogate’ the organisation, seeking advice through mentorship sessions, inviting practitioners to be in dialogue with us and help us formulate ways of working and organising from now on. In parallel to this, we continue our approach to research as constant dialogue and reconfiguration, and through the sharing of material we read, write, get into contact with.
